Perfectly Preserved Podcast Ep 60 - Apples - So Many Ways To Use Them!

I've been loving all things apples for the month of October because I found a couple gorgeous trees to pick in my local area. My neighbors are so glad to share. I have a super fun apple press and I offered it up for friends to use for pressing their apples into cider. One day a group of us picked and pressed some beautiful Macintosh apples into 16 gallons in one day!

I've been making apple pie filling, dehydrated apple cinnamon rings, and applesauce.
