Perfectly Preserved Podcast Ep 34 - How to make the perfect jam or jelly

In this episode Jenny and I deep dive into the world of making wonderful jams and jellies. A few of the points that I make is to only make as many jams as you'll actually use. I've been guilty of making massive amounts of jams and then not eating them all and having them go to waste.

Another of my tips for making commercial pectin free jams is to use a digital thermometer to track your temperatures. I love the Thermoworks Thermopen One listed here.

Jenny and I both agree that if you want the best beginner jam recipe make a raspberry jam (recipe here).

We love giving tips for preserving jams and jellies. What did we miss?
