I'm slow to the station as far as the Pomona's Pectin train goes! But, I tell you what, I will sing the praises of this pectin from the rooftops.

Have you found yourself wondering how to make a low or no sugar jelly or jam? Well, Pomona's to the rescue! I was making a recipe for this weekend and couldn't find anything that would make my jelly set. At a lower price point than liquid pectin ( $5.50 for Pomona's Pectin, makes 4 batches of jam vs. Certo Liquid Pectin $6 for 1-2 batches of jelly).
