Are you looking for a special set of custom made jams and jellies? The flavors in this set are the perfect introduction to SPRING. 

FORSYTHIA JELLY: Forsythia flowers early and must be harvested painstakingly by hand. The flowers are produced early in the spring, before the leaves emerge, for a welcome show of bright yellow blooms. Edible blooms create a beautiful jelly with flavors that hint at a mix of apple and herbal blend. The delicate flavor of Forsythia would be perfect with some cream cheese and crackers or on a slice of crusty sourdough toast smothered with butter.

RASPBERRY RHUBARB JAM: Rhubarb is one of my favorite vegetables (yes vegetable!) of early spring. Having grown up in Alaska, rhubarb holds a special place in my heart. Grown and harvested in my own garden this jam is tart and tangy. Rhubarb is the perfect complimentary flavor for raspberry jam. This jam would pair well with a warm scone and a healthy slathering of salted butter. 

APPLE CIDER ROSEMARY JELLY: Last fall I juiced over 300 lbs of apples with friends and family. The apple cider was frozen and brought out to make this Apple Cider Rosemary flavored jelly. it's a perfect lovely jelly that would be paired well with sharp cheddar cheese or on a pork roast.

RED CURRANT JELLY: Red currant jelly is a sweet and tart jelly that is difficult to find in stores because of the laborious task of making it. These red currants were grown in Eden, Utah by my friend Carli. This jelly would be lovely served alongside roast beef, lamb, or venison. It would also add to hot tea (in lieu of sugar or honey) to sweeten it.
