A longtime favorite in the Ball Canning book, may I offer the dilly bean. Dilly beans are spicy, pickled green beans if you didn't know. These little tasty treats hold their shape and crispness for nearly a year after preserving making them ideal for the home canner. I love breaking these out for a charcuterie board!
Class - Tuesday March 19th 10 am MST
Class will be held over zoom. Please arrive 10 minutes early to give time for troubleshooting, if necessary. I know we used zoom during the pandemic, but just give yourself some time to settle in and have everything ready for the class. Class will be recorded and sent to your email afterwards. Please allow up to 36 hrs for the replay.
