This is one of the most important preserving classes he will take. I don’t say that lightly. Tomato products are one of the most popular canned products in home kitchens to date. But, on the pH scale tomatoes are right on the third of being unsafe for water bath canning so it’s important that you know how to can them properly. As a master food preserver I will teach you how to do that.
In this class you will learn how to make my favorite salsa, diced tomatoes and all other information that’s pertinent to tomatoes. You don’t want to miss it! Mark it on your calendar because there will only be one tomato class this year. Each participant will go home with hands on experience, all recipes, and a pint of salsa!
